While we try to accommodate same day and walk-in appointments we feel we can best serve you by preparing for your appointment. If we know you are coming and looking for a certain service we can consult on the phone about color and services.
Please arrive on time for your appointments. Guests that arrive late may have their appointments shortened or be asked to reschedule. Walk-ins are welcome, but our staff works by appointment, and there may be a waiting period if you don’t call ahead. We recommend that you reserve your next appointment prior to leaving the spa to ensure that you have the appointment time that is optimal for you.
VALUE ADDED SERVICES
We offer complimentary tea, water or coffee, scalp massages, except with chemical services, hand treatments, and makeup touchups in our effort to provide an excellent guest experience.
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment, to avoid a 50% service penalty. We understand that occasionally there is an unforeseen emergency or illness and will gladly reschedule your appointment for you.
CELL PHONES AND PAGERS
For all of our guests’ comfort, please turn off cellular phones and pages in the spa area. We offer Wi-Fi, so feel free to bring your tablet if you want to use it in the salon or waiting area.
PARENTS PLEASE NOTE
We love children but we do ask that you make child care arrangements if you have a long appointment or are scheduled for spa services, so that you and our other guests may enjoy their services to the fullest.
