"Being able to facilitate the human mind, body, and spirit to relax and let go is one of my favorite passions in life. I graduated from massage school in Boulder, CO in 2001. Since then bodywork has been an ongoing adventure. After graduating I moved to Maui, where I lived for 14 years. I worked at the Heavenly Spa at the Westin for almost ten of those years. My work has been heavily influenced by lomi lomi, an ancient Hawaiian style technique. I've found it to be deeply relaxing as well as effective in releasing tight muscles. Im also trained in Swedish, Deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, and prenatal massage. My biggest goal with each massage is to listen to your body to find the best possible way to help it heal.
Aside from my excitement for massage therapy I also love the great outdoors, yoga, hiking, the ocean, making jewelry (or whatever other creative project comes my way), and spending my time with my friends and family. I have a son who I love to the moon and back. To me being a mom is one of the greatest gifts in the world. "
